Indoor training has become an essential part of many athletes’ routines. Platforms like Zwift allow runners and cyclists to train effectively regardless of weather or daylight — often with structured workouts, group rides, and virtual races.
We’re excited to announce that Runalyze now supports direct synchronization with Zwift.
This means your indoor workouts can automatically become part of your Runalyze training log.
Automatic Zwift Activity Sync
Once you connect your Zwift account with Runalyze, all future activities recorded in Zwift will automatically be imported into your Runalyze account.
After finishing a workout in Zwift and saving it, the activity will typically appear in Runalyze within a few minutes.
The integration supports activities such as:
- Zwift cycling workouts
- Zwift runs
- Structured training sessions
- Free rides and runs
Your activities will then appear in Runalyze like any other workout and can be analyzed using all Runalyze metrics and tools.
Why This Integration Matters
Many athletes previously relied on workarounds such as syncing Zwift to Strava and then importing activities from Strava into Runalyze.
The new direct integration simplifies this process significantly:
- No additional platforms required
- Faster synchronization
- More reliable imports
- Seamless integration into your training history
Your indoor workouts will now be analyzed alongside your outdoor activities, giving you a complete overview of your training load, recovery, and performance development.
How to Connect Zwift with Runalyze
Connecting your Zwift account only takes a few seconds.
- Go to the activity sync settings:
https://runalyze.com/activity/sync - Find the Zwift integration
- Click Connect with Zwift
- Authorize Runalyze to access your Zwift activities
Once connected, all new Zwift workouts will automatically appear in Runalyze shortly after they are saved.
Analyze All Your Training in One Place
With the new Zwift integration, indoor training becomes a seamless part of your Runalyze analysis.
Whether you are preparing for a race, tracking your training load, or monitoring long-term performance trends, your Zwift activities now contribute directly to the same data-driven insights as all your other workouts.
We hope this integration makes it easier than ever to analyze and understand your training — indoors and outdoors.
