Privacy in connection with activity data is very important for all of us. You should always have the full control over your own data. By default, all your data in RUNALYZE is only visible to you and only you. But you can publish individual activities or your entire¬†activity list. Check your privacy settings at “Configuration => Privacy“:

For people using our official version at, it’s not always easy to understand and reproduce their problems.¬†Therefore, we added a new checkbox within account settings to “Allow access for support“.

Support access

If you set this value to “Yes“, we, the administrators of Runalyze, are able to take a look into your account directly. This allows us to see your exact problem – and, of course, we won’t edit any of your data. This is only meant for debugging in case of support requests. The default setting is “No“.
